We’re looking for 3 Director’s Assistants:

  • Director’s Assistant for Financial, Legal and General Affairs (M/F)
  • Director’s Assistant for Artistic and Professional Management (Programme Manager) (M/F)
  • Director’s Assistant for cross-border cooperation (M/F)

 

Director’s Assistant for Financial, Legal and General Affairs (M/F) is responsible for:

 

  • Proposing decisions to the Director relating to his area of work,
  • Making proposals and giving opinions to the Director on matters relating to his area of work,
  • Proposing to the Director an annual work programme and a report on the Institute’s work in its field of activity,
  • Giving an opinion to the Director on the Institute’s business,
  • Executes the decisions of the Institute’s bodies,
  • Performs other tasks in accordance with the general acts of the Institute and as delegated by the Director.

 

Working hours? Full time.

 

Where will you work? At the offices of GO! 2025 and at the offices of the partner organisation EGTC GO in Italy – and sometimes at other locations in Slovenia or abroad.

 

Other requests:

  • Ability to organise and lead,
  • Active knowledge of the Slovenian language,
  • Knowledge of at least one world language at a basic level,
  • Effective management of the internal organizational units,
  • Efficient operation of the internal organizational units,
  • Professional performance of work,

Director’s Assistant for Artistic and Professional Management (Programme Manager) (M/F) is responsible for:

 

  • Leadership of the Programme Team, made up of Project Managers responsible for the pillars of the cultural and artistic programme,
  • Ensuring that the activities are in line with the artistic vision presented in the Bid Book,
  • Proposing to the Director the content of the strategic plan, the annual work programme and the report on the Institute’s work in its field of activity,
  • In accordance with the Bid Book, the strategic plan and the annual programme, selecting the operators to carry out the planned cultural and artistic activities,
  • Deciding on the establishment of artistic and cultural partnerships,
  • Executing the decisions of the Institute’s bodies,
  • Performing other duties in accordance with the general statutes of the Institute and as delegated by the Director.

 

Working hours? Full time, flexible.

 

Where will you work? At the offices of GO! 2025 and at the offices of the partner organisation EGTC GO in Italy – and sometimes at other locations in Slovenia or abroad.

  • Knowledge of the artistic and professional field of work of the institution,
  • Active knowledge of the Slovenian language,

Director’s Assistant for cross-border cooperation (M/F) is responsible for:

 

  • Proposing decisions to the Director relating to his area of work,
  • Ensuring the flow of information with partners in the Municipality of Gorizia and the Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia,
  • Managing the cooperation contract between the Institute and the main partner, the European Grouping for Territorial Cooperation (EGTC GO),
  • Ensuring the implementation of the cross-border cultural strategy,
  • Advising the Programme Manager and the Director on the implementation of cross-border activities,
  • Performs other duties in accordance with the general statutes of the Institute and as delegated by the Director.

 

Working hours? Full time, flexible.
