Borderless Body – MN Dance Company’s Four-Year Artistic Journey (2022–2025)

Official Programme of the European Capital of Culture 2025

From Idea to Cerje: Four Years of Creation

Borderless Body represents the culmination of MN Dance Company’s four-year artistic research (2022–2025). What began as a question about the borders of the body and space gradually evolved into a dialogue between landscape, creators, and audience.

In July 2025, this long-term research reached its peak with a large-scale site-specific performance at the Cerje Peace Monument — a crossroads where history, nature and artistic expression merge into a unified, living organism.

MN Dance Company works with a permanent ensemble of seventeen outstanding contemporary dancers, whose virtuosity, dedication and creative energy enable the realization of even the most ambitious artistic visions.
