GO! 2025 CITY OF PARKS AND BEES - Biodiversity Week

A week packed with initiatives to engage all citizens and highlight the importance of biodiversity, including its connection to bees.

Numerous initiatives will enliven these days: a botanical treasure hunt, the presentation of the GO! 2025 park map, guided tours of some city parks, scientific and educational conferences, a photography exhibition, meetings with beekeepers, and other cultural events.

Organizers: Municipality of Gorizia in collaboration with EGTC GO, Confcommercio Gorizia, Mitteldream, Municipality of Nova Gorica, Legambiente, University of Udine, University of Trieste, Italian Botanical Society.

Furthermore, starting Friday, August 29th, local restaurants will celebrate the work of bees at the table, with irresistible offerings from breakfast to after-dinner. Links to participating venues are available here .
