Re.chat Quintet has its roots in Berlin and Ljubljana. It combines jazz musicians and friends from high school in Slovenia, who went on to study in Berlin, Graz and Vienna. The music consists of original pieces inspired by traditional music of the Balkans, as well as folkloric pieces arranged for the quintet and involving elements of their improvisational approach. The group focuses on an energetic and playful performance, making sure to honour the traditional music, but keeping a fresh and innovative approach. Savana Funk Savana Funk is a band that makes grooves a living language and stage a free territory. Born in Bologna in 2015, Aldo, Blake and Youssef blend elements of funk, rock, blues and African influences in an ever-evolving sonic formula. With explosive live shows and various collaborations, including Jovanotti and Willie Peyote, they have conquered some of the most important European festivals. Their music is pure movement: addictive, energetic, unpredictable.
