The Silvan Furlan Open Air Cinema, organized by House of Culture Nova Gorica & Kinoatelje (organizer of intercultural and cross-border film projects), will follow Sergio Amidei's Gorizia film festival. With its cross-border program it is already fascinating fans of the seventh art in Nova Gorica on Silvan Furlan square (in front of the library). The grand finale of this year's Open Air Cinema will be held right at our home on Europe square: Friday, August 6 at 21.00, where we will pay tribute to the cross-border film director and cinephile #FrancoGiraldi (Komen, 1931 - Trieste, 2020) with the film The Border (1996), the last of his border trilogy.
