Borderless Tastes – join us for gourmet experiences spiced with art.
The popular food and wine festival Gusti di Frontiera will, for the first time, take on a cross-border form this year – from 25 to 28 September in Gorizia and, from 26 to 28 September, also in Nova Gorica along the Kolodvorska. There you will find food and drink stalls, projects such as the Laboratory for the Future of Food and Super Osmiza, while in the evenings Europe Square will host musical delights with Magnifico, the RTV Slovenia Big Band, the cross-border wind orchestra GO(d)BA, Big Band NOVA and many other guests. In September, thanks to world-renowned designer Matea Benedetti, the European Capital of Culture will become the hub of sustainable fashion for the future: from 1 to 19 September, The Circle in Gorizia will host an exhibition of selected works from the eco-competition GO! 2025 x Benedetti Life, opening on 6 September at 18:30. The highlight of the project will be the fashion show by Matea Benedetti on 13 September at 20:30 under the arcades of the Nova Gorica Town Hall, presenting pieces created from the most advanced sustainable materials.
On 19 September, the international photography exhibition Mejnosti / Borderlines by authors from Slovenia, Italy and Austria will open at two venues. You are warmly invited to the openings: at 18:00 at the GONG Gallery and at 19:00 pm at the new EPIC Gallery (EPICentre, Kolodvorska 10). The exhibition will run until 25 October.
