Open lab: Community creation and individual experimentation with food production processes for the future.
In the summer months, you can join the Open Laboratory, which will take place every Thursday from 17:00 to 20:00 and is intended for community creation and individual experimentation with food production processes for the future.
In the past year, we have explored fermentation, lyophilization, distillation, making tinctures from herbs, brewing kombucha, fermenting vegetables, and brewing beer. We are also interested in mushroom cultivation and the use of kombucha and mycelium for biopolymers. With the Open Laboratory, we aim to develop approaches that connect traditional knowledge and modern technologies for producing healthier, tastier, and more sustainable food, adapted to the climate challenges of the future.
We invite everyone with creative ideas to develop and upgrade them in the laboratory, which provides you with space, equipment, and expert support for the implementation of your projects.
