Olga Danelone, a multimedia artist, uses the techniques available to her projects according to the situations, interactions, and social reflections required. Born in Italy in 1964, she studied advertising and poster design.

In 1986, Olga resumed her studies in art, painting, copperplate engraving, and multimedia: computer graphics and video recording. At the same time, she initially explored Eastern philosophy and later, along with scientific themes, Western philosophy. The currents and philosophers with whom she feels in tune, starting with Ancient Greece, are Antisthenes and Diogenes; among the Enlightenment thinkers, with their return to reason, she prefers the more skeptical and cynical texts. From the 18th century onward, she embraced the Anarchists, and later Nietzsche. In the last century, she favors the combination of philosophy with biology, sociology, science, and politics, as in Sam Harris, Richard Dawkins, Daniel Dennett, and Christopher Hitchens. Books with a complex vision, tending to deconstruct stereotypes, are the readings with which she consistently continues her examination of contemporary development.

"Let's try to imagine the cosmological universe of 60 years ago, when the world population, walking the Earth's surface, was half as large as today. Let's double the population and all that comes with it, to eight and a half billion people" (cit.)

With the constant spread of urban and suburban infrastructure, Olga Danelone transfers "trophallaxis," the communication and food exchange system of certain insect species, to human language. Cryptographic codes shared without the aid of words enter biological information, the automatism of collective actions: "the movement of one as if he were all." Chemistry World, Trophallaxis World, are works that depict biological social connections, intersections, highway junctions, escalators where humans, like colonies of insects, exchange messages. Everyday life in urban travel and global conflicts flows uninterrupted, just as bees move about, communicating in their own language.

In personalized maps, she empathizes with those who recognize the stages of their own lives. "To each their own map!" They are pre-established routes designed by a "superior" vision; she is the copyright that allows those who purchase the map to imprint their own feelings. Similarly, the "INTERNATIONAL STREET VIEW" stamp contains the hypothetical authority that validates terrestrial road projects, the indissoluble bonds between man, territory, and infrastructure.

"In 2020, a branch of interactive games was born, where in environments similar to urban neighborhoods, the myths of power of the past transform into small Pac-Man or Invaders, where, like in a mirror, human beings recognize themselves and play in subjective symbiosis - A CONTINUOUS FIGHT". In 2022, she began a form of sharing knowledge and opinions by creating the "Thought Gang," a participatory group culture. "Art that doesn't seem like art" is the term defined by critic Lorenza Perelli. The meetings, held in her studio in Udine, aim to be a sharing of knowledge, open to the wider community, for DISLINQUìRE! (Discussion!). A neologism coined in 2015 for a happening centered on streams of thought: "Talking about serious matters but with depth. Listening and being listened to in a constructive and light-hearted conversation".
