Since 2014, The Friulian Philological Society (Società Filologica Friulana) has organized the Friulian Culture Week, a series of events promoting the historical, linguistic and artistic heritage of Friuli.

Friulian Culture Week brings together institutions, associations, public bodies, libraries, universities and local communities through a rich programme of conferences, exhibitions and cultural events. The initiative encourages cooperation among organizations engaged in preserving and promoting Friulian culture, fostering dialogue between tradition and modernity. Supported by major cultural and regional institutions, the programme concludes each year with the traditional Fraie de Vierte spring celebration.
