Forum CITTADELLAPACE CITTADELFUTURO

The "GO! 2025, Cittadellapace, Citta del futuro" forum, organized by the Municipality of Gorizia and the Pistoletto Cittadellarte Foundation, will feature various local institutions, associations, and trade organizations, working together to build the GO! 2025 of the future, focusing on dialogue as a fundamental tool for achieving lasting peace through preventative action.

Its inspiration, the peace artist Michelangelo Pistoletto, who was already a protagonist at the inauguration of the European Capital of Culture last February with his work Sfera di giornale, will also be present.

The event, supported by funds from the Ministry of Culture for GO! 2025, is based on the Opera Demopratica method, conceived by Paolo Naldini, director of the Pistoletto Cittadellarte Foundation. Ten thematic panels are planned: Economics, School, Urban Planning and Environment, Demography, Culture, Bureaucracy, Cities of Peace, Geopolitics, Sport, and "The Bonds That Intertwine," the latter led by students.

Representatives of institutions, associations, trade groups, and prominent figures will discuss the issue, coordinated by facilitators trained by the Forum's embassies. A final document will be presented summarizing the proposals to be submitted to the local authorities, the results of which will be reviewed in the coming months. The event is part of "Pace Capitale," the program developed by the Municipality of Gorizia in collaboration with Nova Gorica and Sempeter Vrojba to relaunch the powerful message of GO! 2025, which sees dialogue as the only powerful instrument for peace.

• Thursday, October 23, at 6:30 PM, "From the City of Art to the State of Art" with Tiziana Pers and Paolo Verri, director of the Arnoldo and Alberto Mondadori Foundation. Followed by: The Energy of the Future. With an Enel representative. Institutional greetings at 6 PM.
• Friday, October 24th at 6:30 PM, “The Enterprise of Peace” with Michelangelo Pistoletto and Andrea Illy, President of illycaffè SpA
• Saturday, October 25th at 6:30 pm “Arte Impresa” with Patrizia Moroso, Art Director of Moroso Spa, and Antonella Nonino, Managing Director of Nonino Distillatori Srl.
