Closing event of the Food Futures Laboratory featuring the presentation of its publication, shared reflections, and a tasting of dishes prepared in the Open Labs.
You are invited to the Closing Event of the Food Futures Laboratory – Bio/n, which throughout the year included workshops, research sessions, and exchanges of ideas within the framework of the European Capital of Culture GO! 2025.
The event offers an opportunity to reflect on our collective work, share experiences and perspectives, and thank all participants, collaborators, and supporters of the project.
We will also present the Food Futures Laboratory publication, summarising the key content, processes, and insights of the project. Part of the evening will be dedicated to a tasting of dishes prepared in the Open Labs – a flavourful conclusion to our joint exploration of the future of food.
Join us for a relaxed gathering as we look ahead to new tastes and ideas for the future.
