Andrea Bellavite's new book is coming out: 'Gorizia Nova Gorica. Two Cities in One. A Guide to the European Capital of Culture' (Ediciclo 2024).

Andrea Bellavite's new book, created in collaboration and partnership with the European Capital of Culture 2025, is a stimulating guide to the two Gorizias. A valuable work that will contribute to better visibility of the Gorizia territory.

We look forward to seeing you at the two book presentations, which will take place:

In Gorizia on May 3 at 6 pm, at Kulturni dom in via Brass 20 (in Italian).
In Nova Gorica on May 6 at 6 pm, at the Public Library of France Bevk, Trg Edvarda Kardelja 4 (in Slovenian).

'For centuries, many cultures have intertwined and enriched life in the area where Nova Gorica and Gorizia now stand. For many decades, the two cities have been marked by a border resulting from nationalisms that reached their peak in the First and Second World Wars. Andrea Bellavite reveals to the visitor the many worlds that unite the two cities in a unique whole', ZTT (Založništvo tržaškega tiska).
