The project involves cross-border audiovisual documentation and archiving of memories, stitching them into contemporary narratives. It will be presented in three different parts: a feature-length documentary, a permanent audiovisual installation, and an international film workshop.
The feature-length documentary essay Ne pozabi me is a search for lost memories of World War II that my grandmother never told me. The stories of former children and adolescents of different backgrounds weave a narrative about the division of the once common Goriška area and pose the question of who we are and where the time of new global tensions is leading us.
