Nova Gorica and Gorica have never been illuminated in a uniform festive way before the New Year. On This Happy Day of Culture on the 3rd of December, we will connect the two cities with light installations and artistic decorations—and thus symbolically close the European Capital of Culture with the light of the new conurbation.
