Headed by chef Uroš Fakuč, DAM offers a one-of-a kind dining experience. His inspiration comes from obscure dishes of the traditional Mediterranean cuisine that get reinvented and reimagined. A long-standing member of JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe), the establishment is also a favourite with Gault & Millau, Gambero Rosso and Identita' Golose.

Chef Uroš Fakuč makes it a point to personally guide the guests through the tasting menu. The restaurant focuses on highly imaginative Mediterranean cuisine, pairing it with selected wines from Slovenia, Italy, France and Austria. In June 2020, the boutique Dam restaurant headed by chef Uroš Fakuč was awarded the highly-coveted prestigious Michelin star, acknowledging its freshness and creativity, and confirming that it is on the right track.
