The story of Prosciutteria F.lli Martin began in 2003 when Sergio Martin and his wife Anna decided to create a place to share Friulian hospitality and their quest for flavour. It is a slow, quiet search built on recipes, stories and heart – a legacy that their children, Marco and Elisa, are eager to reveal to you every day. The dining table is a space open to stories from even distant lands, which meet here and feel close and friendly again. The entire staff at Prosciutteria F.lli Martin tells a story that doesn’t need a pen and paper to be written, but a plate and a fork to be savoured.
