This homemade “gubana” is the heritage of nonna Maria’s recipies dated to the early 30’s.
An ancient recipe, the shape of a rosebud, top-quality ingredients and a slow leavening, are just some of the peculiarities that make our handmade Gubana from Cormons unique.
If we then taste it while sipping SanZuan®, the exclusive elixir created specifically, the bouquet of aromas and flavors is enhanced and the tasting becomes a sublime experience even for the most demanding palates.
