Discover 19th-century history and culinary traditions at Palazzo Coronini Cronberg: guided tour of the period table setting and dinner inspired by the menu of the Count of Chambord.

As part of the exhibition "The Bourbons of France in Gorizia", Fondazione Coronini presents a special event dedicated to 19th-century dining.

At 18:00, enjoy a guided tour exploring the period table setting with unique objects from the Coronini collections, including specialised tableware, rare cutlery, unusual plates, salt cellars, and other accessories illustrating aristocratic tastes and customs.

At 20:00, the experience continues at Chincaglieria Gastronomica, with a dinner inspired by the original menu served to the Count of Chambord in Gorizia in 1883, reinterpreted with a contemporary twist while respecting the historical structure and spirit of the dishes.
