“The Goodnight Shop”: children’s show inspired by Gianni Rodari at Teatro Verdi in Gorizia. Stories, music, and magic in the garden of Palazzo de Grazia.

As part of the Teatro Verdi Summer Festival in Gorizia, the enchanting show “The Goodnight Shop” will be staged once again in the inner garden of Palazzo de Grazia.

Inspired by the magical stories of Gianni Rodari, the performance features a whimsical and eclectic character – part pharmacist, part witch, part cook – who receives calls from concerned parents and prescribes the perfect bedtime story to soothe children's worries. Through humor, empathy, music, rhymes, and vivid storytelling, she takes young audiences on a colorful journey into Rodari’s imaginative world, where kindness, courage, and honesty shine.
