Brunchello al Castello

Sunday brunch is coming to Chincastello with "Brunchello al Castello": a completely free and customizable brunch option, accompanied by live music and a wide selection of sweet and savory options.

From the collaboration between Event You and Chiara Canzoneri comes Brunchello al Castello , a new Sunday event dedicated to good food, relaxation, and convivity in the evocative setting of Chincastello (The Castle Experience). The event offers an innovative concept with no fixed menu or mandatory formulas: each guest is free to choose and create their own ideal brunch at the counter or order freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen, paying only for what they consume.

The first appointment ( Brunch No. 1 ) is scheduled for Sunday, October 11, 2026 , from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm , with musical accompaniment by Riki G. The Brunch Counter will offer a rich selection of sweet and savoury items, including pancakes, waffles, palačinke, focaccia, quiche, omelettes, and seasonal specialties. The kitchen will also serve freshly prepared hot dishes such as omelettes, Chincastello Club Sandwiches, frico, meatballs, and much more.

Admission is free, but seating is limited. The festival will continue on Sunday, November 1st , Sunday, November 22nd , and Sunday, December 6th, 2026. Table reservations are recommended.
