PordenonePensa in Giallo in Gorizia

Pordenone Pensa in Giallo is an event dedicated to the noir genre and mysteries, created in Pordenone and conceived and organized by the Circolo Culturale Eureka.

In anticipation of the year when Gorič will be the European Capital of Culture, the preparation process began two years ago with an annual event in the municipality of Gorič. As a highlight of this journey, a special edition of Pordenone Pensa in Giallo will be held on 28 and 29 November 2025 at the Kulturna Dom on Italico Brass Street in Gorič. Two meetings a day, dedicated to literature and current topics, will host the most prominent representatives of the field.

All events are free, with no need to book, and the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of each lecture to deepen understanding of the topics and spark curiosity.

November 28th and 29th, Kulturni Dom, Gorizia

Friday, November 28th 6:00 PM – Event dedicated to Friulian crime literature with Paolo Morganti and Fabio Piuzzi.

20:00 – Paolo Gulisano, Enrico Solito and Lucio Nocentini will discuss the golden age of crime fiction, the history of authors Keith Chesterton, Arthur Conan Doyle and Agatha Christie, and their famous characters.

Saturday, November 29, 4:00 PM – Journalist Alessandra Viero will analyze examples of crime stories, from Garlasco to Liliana Resinovich, to understand how finding a solution can sometimes become a race against time.

18:00 – Rosa Teruzzi, interviewed by Alex Pessotto, will reveal which real-life cases inspired the novels and how big the difference is between books and real events.
