Meeting with Guardians of Rivers

A meeting with women activists from the Guardians of Rivers project. The speakers will be Nataša Dominko (For a Clean Vipava River), Lucija Pascolat (EKO Anhovo and Soča Valley Association) and Mojca Mejak (Eko Bistrc Association).

The discussion on river protection will focus on activism for rivers. Guests will talk about the challenges faced by those fighting for clean and free-flowing rivers in their local communities, the threats to our waters and what it means to be a river guardian. At the end of the event, participants are kindly invited to visit an exhibition on this topic in the central exhibition area of the library.
