Gender equality and pay transparency: obligations, tools, and opportunities for companies in Friuli Venezia Giulia

The training project aims to promote gender equality certification as a voluntary tool for organizational improvement and as a best practice to strengthen corporate policies on equity, inclusion, and the enhancement of human capital.

 Its purpose extends beyond simple regulatory compliance, supporting the creation of more equitable, transparent, and sustainable organizational models.

At the same time, the project seeks to raise awareness among companies in Friuli Venezia Giulia of the regulatory obligations resulting from the transposition into Italian law of Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency and equal pay between women and men. 

The program is designed to help organizations understand and address their new responsibilities regarding pay transparency, gender pay gap monitoring, and the effective management of compensation systems.
