Accessibility for Future – A Stage for Change, A Voice for All is a national event with an international presence scheduled from 18 to 20 September 2025 at Udine Esposizioni in Martignacco (UD) and organized by Willeasy Srl and IO CI VADO APS.

It combines innovation, education and inspiration to transform accessibility into a driver of change through moments of business, culture, sport and entertainment.

The event will bring together companies, startups, professionals, investors, institutions, artists and citizens from Italy and abroad to explore innovative and inclusive solutions.

The topics covered: accessible tourism and innovation; universal design, digital accessibility and new technologies; smart cities, transport and Open Data; sports, free time and mobility. Planned: seminars, talks, workshops, one-to-one meetings, an international startup competition, concerts and shows, inclusive sports activities in a dedicated area and an exhibition space.

Accessibility for Future – A Stage for Change, A Voice for All represents an annual point of reference in the panorama of inclusive innovation: an event in which the potential of accessibility contained in every sphere of life takes shape, highlighting its strategic value and the multiple prospects for growth and development.

Companies, startups, professionals, investors, institutions, artists and citizens from Italy and abroad meet to explore innovative and inclusive solutions in three dedicated days: - September 18 - Linking & Shaping - September 19 - Learning & Empowering - September 20 - Playing & Experiencing September 18 - Linking & Shaping A day designed to create connections and shape a more accessible future, making ideas and proposals concrete.

Companies, public administrations and third sector entities, from Italy and abroad, give life to a series of talks, seminars, round tables and meetings to spread best practices and make concrete commitments to achieve well-defined objectives. September 19 - Learning & Empowering Day dedicated to training, personal growth and the diffusion of the culture of accessibility.

The morning is characterized by the concert of the Carriage Thieves for students of middle schools. The training events have been designed for boys and girls of high schools and universities as well as specialized training for operators in the hospitality, catering, event organization sectors.

September 20 - Playing & Experiencing A day in which everyone is a protagonist and each person can come into contact with new worlds that, for many, may still be unexplored. Accessibility must no longer be seen as a limit because anyone has the opportunity to find solutions for traveling, doing sports, moving independently and building their own home for independent living. The themes of the event: accessible tourism and innovation; universal design, digital accessibility and new technologies; smart cities, transportation and open data; sports, free time and mobility.

The event is characterized by innovative content, moments of high educational and cultural value, a startup competition and an exhibition space. Specifically: - Talks and seminars. Experts will discuss visions, challenges and results, sharing concrete experiences and best practices that demonstrate how accessibility is value, innovation and opportunity for everyone. Round tables.

A dialogue between institutions, companies and citizens, with voices from Italy and abroad, to promote a change capable of generating growth and new opportunities, recognizing accessibility as a strategic lever for development.

One-to-one meetings: opportunities for direct discussion with investors, companies and PAs to create collaborations and concrete projects. - Concerts and shows: live performances by artists with disabilities of national importance to communicate inclusion also through music and art.

Area dedicated to sport: a pavilion where you can experience disciplines without barriers, guided by athletes and instructors ready to share their experiences.

Expanded training program and new formats: workshops, talks and masterclasses aimed at schools, professionals, companies and PA. - Startup competition. A challenge for the most innovative idea among selected European startups operating in the fields of: accessible tourism and innovation; universal design, digital accessibility and new technologies; sports, free time, mobility; smart city and smart some, transport and open data.

A stage where the most innovative European startups participate in two days of pitches in front of investors, incubators and entrepreneurs. - Dedicated exhibition space: an area where technologies, solutions and inclusive projects can be tested and experienced in person.
