Welcome to a culinary journey!

At Osmica Pr' Krčar, they prepare a colorful selection of typical Karst dishes. They are proud of their cured meat delicacies with a long tradition, with which the home-grown wine goes perfectly. You can start your culinary journey with fresh crispy bread from the bread oven, young cheese and cured meats. This is an excellent Karst overture to a royal feast with homemade ribs, potatoes, prata and sausages. Finally, sweeten yourself with cooked štruklji according to the recipe of the Krčarjev nuns and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Trieste on one side and the Alps on the other.
