20250621 Concerto Del Solstizio
On the occasion of the summer solstice and the Festival of Music, the Aquileia Foundation is organizing – for the fifth consecutive year – a suggestive dawn concert on Saturday, June 21 at 5:00 AM in the archaeological area of the ancient river port of Aquileia (access only from Via Gemina). Free admission, no reservation required.
The event is organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Aquileia and the Regional Superintendency of Archaeology, Fine Arts, and Landscape for Friuli Venezia Giulia, as part of GO! 2025.

The concert presents the book (a bilingual poetry collection dedicated to Slovene women's poetry in Italy), accompanied by an album of ten original tracks titled Parole Indomite (Besede ne ubogajo več / Untamed Words), published by Mladika in Trieste (2024). The project blends music and poetry, embracing both the Slovene and Italian languages.
