MAY – EUROPE MONTH
The European Capital of Culture GO! 2025 will celebrate Europe Month with a series of events paying tribute to the European Union’s mission to promote and preserve diversity, tolerance, solidarity, and democracy. The main event will take place on 9 May, Europe Day. In collaboration with ŠKUC, the EPIC Gallery will host an exhibition by the Palestinian artist Samira Badran and a screening of a film by the local artists Anja Medved and Nadja Velušček. In cooperation with the European Grouping for Territorial Cooperation (EGTC GO), we are organising a range of cultural and sporting events, while workshops for children will be held at Xcenter.
