Transport Project in EPICenter

Transport Project in EPICenter

Between 4 and 7 October 2025, EPICenter will host six performances by international theatres as part of the Transport project.

Transport is an international co-production project by director Tin Grabnar, uniting six theatres from different countries in six performances. Through the six chamber productions, the project explores transport as a key pillar of globalization, highlighting both its benefits and its negative consequences—from environmental impact to social inequalities and ethical dilemmas. Using hyperrealistic visual and sound elements, the performance reveals the interconnectedness of these issues in contemporary society and encourages reflection on our impact on the world. Transport is not just a theatrical experience, but a call for transformation—to overcome entrenched consumerist patterns and embrace a sustainable way of life. With a holistic sustainable approach, which includes reducing the environmental footprint at all stages of production, the project transcends artistic frameworks and becomes an important agent in the broader social context.

Between 4 and 7 October 2025, all six performances will be staged at EPICenter. The detailed programme will be announced shortly. More information about the project can be found on the official website.
