Nature workshop for children and families “Ponds – an important but threatened habitat”
A nature workshop for families with children aged 6 to 10, organised as part of the GOmini project.
During the workshop, participants will explore life in and around the pond, learning why small bodies of standing water are important for biodiversity. They will also use digital microscopes to observe tiny organisms and hidden details of the aquatic world up close.
Participation is free, but spaces are limited. Advance registration is required and can be completed via the online form (https://forms.gle/u2asc71YTXzFs9ZP8). The workshop will be conducted in Slovenian and Italian. We recommend wearing appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear, preferably boots.
The GOmini project is financed by the European Union through the GO! 2025 Small Project Fund of the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia 2021-2027 Programme, managed by the EGTC GO.
