(Kjell) Rasmus Arvidsson, Encounter, performance
The artist works with sculpture, performance, and text, creating site-responsive and conceptual pieces that explore history, narration, and politics. In "Encounter," he writes a text on a site with locally collected sand, symbolising the cycle of life and death, in an attempt to "heal" the space – a poignant gesture referencing a bridge in Stockholm associated with tragic loss.

In Augmented, Disruptive Tabbouleh Making – Unmaking, the artist creates a durational performance exploring food's cultural tensions. 19:45
Iliada Charalambous & Afrang Malekian, The Taste of Pomegranate, performance installation
The pomegranate is a fruit of life, death, and rebirth. In the performance The Taste of Pomegranate, participants are invited to peel and deseed pomegranates on top of a pomegranate-illustrated tablecloth with printed stories of myths and migration about this precious fruit, spanning from Cyprus to an airport in Tehran, en route to Scandinavia. With sticky hands and red stains of pomegranates spread across the tablecloth, the seeds of stories pass through the bodies of different people and reach further and wider-leaving traces…

You are warmly invited to participate in the performance.
