This year, the xMobil platform hosts eliXir, a research-based art-sci-tech project that weaves together local foraging, artistic practice, ancient wisdom and modern technological innovation, connecting communities through shared knowledge about food. With active co-creation and the blending of culture, emotion and science, the eliXir project aims to foster new (r)evolutions within the local community.
