International Forum "Sustainable Digital Transformation for Creativity"

The international forum "Sustainable Digital Transformation for Creativity", dedicated to the topics of artificial intelligence and the sustainable digital transition in the cultural and creative fields, will take place in the framework of the cross-border film festival “Omaggio a una visione/ Poklon viziji”.

The main lecturer will be dr. Angus Finney, one of the most eminent cinema experts in the world and one of the main international authorities on the topic of artificial intelligence applied to the cultural and creative sectors.

The forum will include debates between guests from Slovenia and abroad, from the cultural, creative, and technology fields.

The speakers will deal with the ethical, environmental, and social implications of the use of artificial intelligence in cultural and film sectors, discussing about the new necessary tools and competencies to overcome the challenges of the future.

The event is organised by the Slovenian entity Motovila (Creative Europe Centre in Slovenia) in partnership with the European network of Creative Europe centres and with Kinoatelje.

The GGC project is financed by the European Union through the GO! 2025 Small Project Fund of the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia 2021–2027 Programme, managed by the EGTC GO.
