Guardians of the Forest in Park Pečno

In September, an educational and artistic project took place in park Pečno, where participants, under the guidance of sculptor Nika Šimac, made small ceramic statues - guardians of the forest.

In September, an educational and artistic project took place in park Pečno, where participants, under the guidance of sculptor Nika Šimac, made small ceramic statues - guardians of the forest. You are invited to see them in the natural ambience of park Pečno, where a presentation of the project will take place on Saturday at 14:00. 

The public sculptures will then be on display for all visitors to the park.

The project was organised by the local O.Z.O.N. in cooperation with the Kanal Ceramics Club and is part of the official programme of the European Capital of Culture 2025 Nova Gorica – Gorizia.
