Gorizia Live - The Concert

Koncert Gorizia Live

An evening featuring internationally renowned artists who will get everyone dancing and singing, the presence of RTL 102.5, Italy's most listened-to radio station, as official media partner, and a captivating drone show as the grand finale: these are the ingredients of Gorizia Live – The Concert, the event with which the City will celebrate the European Capital of Culture GO! 2025 on Saturday, December 13th. This event has brought so much excitement throughout the year and still holds many surprises and opportunities for the future.

The evening, organized by FMedia srl Società Benefit, will take place in Piazza Vittoria, the heart of Gorizia's historic center, starting at 8:30 pm. As a gift to the city, admission is free and no reservations are required. This engaging and exciting event will see RTL 102.5 as its official media partner: the evening will be broadcast live on RTL 102.5 (channel 36 on digital terrestrial and 736 on Sky), allowing viewers to follow the show on radio, radio, and streaming on the RTL 102.5 Play platform. The evening's two vivacious hosts, Vanessa Grey and Diego Zappone, will also be appearing directly from RTL 102.5.

From pop to dance, it will be an event with a varied program and something for all tastes. Marvin and Andrea Prezioso, major players on the dance scene with songs like “Tell me why” and “Voglio vederti danzare”, will perform, getting the audience going with “Come negli anni '90”, the title of their new hit; the new star of Italian pop Sarah Toscano, who made herself known to the general public by winning Amici 23, Maria De Filippi's talent show, and whose new single “Maledetto ti amo” from the album “Met Gala” has been on air on the radio for a few days; Rocco Hunt, with his “urban poet” style, capable of combining the story of the suburbs with engaging and internationally successful sounds, currently also busy as a judge on The Voice Of Italy on Rai1; Gabry Ponte, the most listened to Italian DJ-producer in the world, who will transform Piazza Vittoria into a huge dance floor with his hits, including the unmistakable “Tutta l'Italia”, which became the theme song of the Sanremo Festival, a taste of the show “San Siro Dance 2026” which will be his Expect Mr. Rain, a highly sensitive artist whose songs, like "Supereroi," combine the power of words with delicate emotions. His single "Effetto Michelangelo" was released a few weeks ago. Also performing at the Milan stadium on June 27th are J-Ax, a rapper and singer, founder of Articolo 31, beloved for the directness of his songs. The concert's warm-up, from 8:30 to 9:30 pm, will be led by Karmine Emme DJ and Igor Pezzi.

"It's a great thrill to announce Gorizia Live - The Concert: I can assure you it will be a celebration for everyone, a sparkling evening with which we intend to celebrate GO! 2025 together. It's true that the year is coming to an end, but this doesn't apply to our European Capital of Culture, which has brought us great satisfaction and will continue in 2026 and beyond. This is an important live music event, which I'm sure will thrill audiences, as has been the case with other concerts hosted by our city in recent months, and which will be followed by other important events in the future," remarked Mayor Rodolfo Ziberna at the presentation press conference. The event is organized by the Municipality, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Region. Luca Cagliari, City Councilor for Major Events, made no secret of his satisfaction: "Bringing Italy's most listened-to radio station and such a prestigious lineup of artists to Gorizia is the best way to celebrate the European Capital of Culture. It also reaffirms the interest this title has sparked in our region, shining a spotlight on our history and unique features. It will undoubtedly be an unforgettable evening, thanks in part to the show put on by Drone Show Italy. At the end of the evening, 750 drones will illuminate the sky above Gorizia Castle."

Salvo Ferrara, CEO of FMedia srl Società Benefit and artistic director of the evening, explained: "It's a great pleasure for FMedia to contribute to the creation of such a significant event for GO! 2025. We've worked hard to create an evening open to all, full of music and emotion, with top-notch artists and in collaboration with RTL 102.5. Our commitment was to offer the audience a carefully curated and engaging show, and we're confident that Gorizia Live will be a special highlight of the celebrations."

The press conference was also attended by the municipal councilor for the European Capital of Culture, Patrizia Artico, and the director of the Gect GO, Romina Kocina.
