Frontiers – Where Worlds Meet

Frontiers – Where Worlds Meet

Gorizia hosts the inaugural edition of "Frontiers", a three-day festival featuring keynote lectures, debates, and urban routes centered on the concept of borders.

From October 2 to 4, 2026, the Giuseppe Verdi Municipal Theatre and the historic center will welcome leading voices in culture and geopolitics.

Building upon the legacy of GO! 2025, the festival positions this cross-border hub at the heart of contemporary European dialogue.

The program pairs lectures by prominent intellectuals with "Crossroads," a series of immersive performance walks through iconic historical sites.

This event offers an insightful examination of memory, identity, and the future of a borderless Europe.

The festival "Frontiers: Where Worlds Meet" is organized with the financial support of Cassa Rurale FVG and EGTC GO / GECT GO, in collaboration with the University of Nova Gorica, the University of Trieste, and the University of Udine.
