Elsa Martin – Laura Agnusdei Trio
The "Musiche dal Mondo 2026" festival, curated by Circolo Controtempo, presents a double concert by Elsa Martin and the Laura Agnusdei Trio, scheduled for Tuesday, July 28th at 9:00 PM at Basaglia Park in Gorizia. The event combines vocal-poetic exploration with the most modern and evocative sounds of contemporary jazz and electronic music.
The evening will open with a solo performance by Italian singer Elsa Martin (voice, sound objects, live electronics) with her project "Vox Humana," an ongoing concert aimed at transforming the performative dimension into an intimate ritual of acoustic sharing.
Following this, the Laura Agnusdei Trio – composed of Laura Agnusdei (saxophone, electronics), Paolo Raineri (trumpet, synth) and Edoardo Grisogani (percussion, electronics) – will present the album Flowers Are Blooming in Antarctica .
The work is a profound instrumental meditation on the relationship between humanity and the planet, expressed through a sonic mosaic ranging from spiritual jazz to minimalism and tribal futurism.
