Dnevi tehnične kulture – DTK 2026 (Days of Technical Culture)

The Xcenter in Nova Gorica is set to host the DTK 2026 – Days of Technical Culture festival, a vibrant free-admission event bridging the worlds of science, technology, art, and maker culture.

The two-day gathering features hands-on activities, opening its doors to school groups on Friday morning and welcoming families and tech enthusiasts throughout Saturday.

The festival aims to foster a DIY mindset by providing an interactive platform where visitors can engage with programming, 3D printing, and engaging scientific experiments.

Highlighting a long-standing international partnership, Germany's Makers e.V. from Chemnitz will present innovative concepts such as Motion Composer, which generates music through movement and dance.

A broad spectrum of Slovenian organizations, clubs, and independent innovators will also showcase their work, alongside GO! 2025 projects featuring PlayX, CosplayX, and future food laboratories.

Ultimately, DTK 2026 stands out as an intergenerational hub designed for knowledge sharing, inspiring creative solutions, and inviting the community to actively build and discover.
