A Conversation with Kapka Kassabova

A Conversation with Kapka Kassabova

You are kindly invited to a conversation with Bulgarian poet and writer Kapka Kassabova.

Kapka Kassabova, a Bulgarian poet and writer living in the Highlands of Scotland. Her Balkan quartet Border, To the Lake, Elixir, and Anima is a polyphonic exploration of the human experience through geography, history, ecology, and psychology. The first two books explore borders and the consequences they bring. In her acclaimed Border, she delves into the legacy and life of the triple border zone where Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey meet. And in To the Lake, she returns to her ancestral lakes Ohrid and Prespa, shared by Macedonia, Albania and Greece.
