Venue: The main venue of the exhibition will be the Municipal Gallery Nova Gorica, along with the Xcenter, the Tir Mostovna Gallery, the Agore Gallery (Gorizia, Italy), the halls of the Nova Gorica Cultural Centre; workshops and performances, as well as pop-up installations, will be hosted in ad hoc public and natural spaces and partner locations in the cross-border area.
Pixxelpoint has, over the past twenty-five years, become one of the most prominent platforms for intermedia art and contemporary artistic practices in the wider region. It fosters dialogue between diverse communities and encourages critical professional discourse at the intersection of art, science, and technology.
The 2025 collective curatorial concept introduces an extensive network of cross-border co-productions, extending beyond the immediate cross-border area to include numerous partner institutions from Southeastern and Central Europe. In addition to a symposium and a series of workshops, Pixxelpoint 2025 will showcase diverse exhibition formats and performances by some of the most compelling Slovene and international artists.
