Tenuta Stella

In the heart of the Collio region, in Scriò di Dolegna, between the Julian Pre-Alps and the Adriatic Sea, Tenuta Stella is nestled amid a landscape of vineyards and woods, where nature and the local terroir are an integral part of the wines’ identity.
Founded by Sergio Stevanato, the estate was born out of a desire to highlight the native grape varieties of Collio through environmentally responsible viticulture and small-scale production. The 15 hectares of vineyards, part of a property spanning approximately 40 hectares, have been cultivated according to the principles of organic farming since 2013.
Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, and Malvasia form the heart of the project. These three grape varieties are cultivated with sensitivity and precision, respecting the characteristics of each variety and the unique qualities of the terroir. The result is elegant, deep, and distinctive wines that express freshness, complexity, and a natural capacity to age gracefully over time.
Alongside the great white wines of Collio, the production includes red wines and Metodo Classico, diverse expressions of a single philosophy: authenticity, balance, and the pursuit of quality.
