Organic farm Zoff

Entering the countryside, travelling through the narrow streets of Borgnano, strolling along an avenue of green trees: this is the way to Fattoria Zoff, a haven of peace and love of the land, the animals, the seasons and food. The Zoff family raises Aosta Red Pied and produces dairy products including cheeses.  The youngest cheese, yellow in colour and full of flavour, offers aromas of hay and freshly cut grass; the unspoiled meadows produce the richly flavoured caciottas, embellished with herbs and flowers; while the yoghurt, fresh milk and ice cream are creamy and genuinely good. The company maintains a circular production for human and animal well-being: it produces animal fodder strictly from hay and grass, compost for the fields, cheeses and dairy products, and quality meats.
