The emerald river Soča flows nearby and offers an ideal starting point for fishing and sports activities (water sports, cycling, hiking, paragliding, ski touring, etc.) as well as for visiting the cultural and historical sights that Posočje has to offer. The Juliana Trail, a circular hiking trail 267 km long, passes by the house, passing through valleys, over passes, through forests, urban centres, secluded plateaus and along the Sava and Soca rivers. It is divided into 16 daily stages of 18-25 km. The house is only 500 m from the Soca River, where there is also an entry-exit point for kayakers and rafters.  The accommodation offers four bedrooms with TV, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna, and a terrace with barbecue. In front of the house there is a pergola and a jacuzzi. The pergola can be closed from all sides. The accommodation also has free parking.
