Summer Evening in the Tinjel Cave

You are kindly invited to a wonderful setting of the cave hall with a natural stage formed by stalactites.

A concert by the band Pivo in čevapi awaits you.

Pivo in čevapi is a brass band from Postojna, formed in 2010. After an initial period of genre exploration, they have recently focused on developing an original brass sound, which has also brought changes to the band’s lineup. Over the past decade, they’ve performed at numerous events, from private celebrations to concerts at Slovenia’s biggest festivals (Pivo in cvetje, Floating Castle, Zmaj’ma mlade, Črnfest, etc.). They have also performed several times at the renowned brass festival in Guča, Serbia, winning multiple gold plaques and first places at national competitions of small instrumental groups. They even toured France. Their music expresses an authentic Balkan spirit that leaves no audience indifferent.

We recommend sturdy footwear and a warm sweater. The cave is located right next to a dirt road connecting the Materija–Gradišica and Bač–Odolina routes (during the concert, this road will be one-way, and the access will be clearly marked).
