GO4Trail is one of the most challenging ultra trails, combining nature, history, and emotions as it reaches the peaks around Nova Gorica: Škabrijel, Sveta Gora, Gomila, and Sabotin.

GO4Trail A Borderless Running Challenge

A highly challenging ultra-trail running event, GO4Trail combines a breathtaking backdrop, historical landmarks, and an unforgettable sports experience. It comprises races of varying distances, catering to both seasoned ultra-runners and newbies looking to test their limits.

The GO4Trail routes reaches all the major peaks of the Goriška region—Škabrijel, Sveta Gora, Gomila, and Sabotin—making for a very special experience. Runners will test their endurance on scenic trails, cross the Soča River by raft, run over Slovenia’s longest footbridge, and navigate a 280-meter-long WWI tunnel using headlamps.

Runners can choose from three race options:

GOTRIM – 10 km across the Sabotin ridge GO3V – 28 km across Škabrijel GO Ultra – 64 km across Škabrijel, Sveta Gora, Gomila, Kuk, and Sabotin

The start and finish for all races are at the Kayak Centre in Solkan.
