Evening of the Municipal Holiday: Central Ceremony with a Ceremonial Session of the City Council and the Award Ceremony of the Municipality of Nova Gorica for the Year 2025

The year 2025 is exceptional for Nova Gorica, as it holds the title of European Capital of Culture.

Together with neighboring Gorizia, it achieved this most prestigious European Union title in the field of arts and culture in 2020.

After four years of preparations, numerous cultural and artistic events took place in 2025 and multi-year projects were developed that will remain and resonate even after this year.

At the event, we will watch the course of this success story through dance numbers and video clips and present municipal awards to this year's winners.
