Festival of wines, flavors, and traditions of Friuli: art, gastronomy and local crafts to experience Friulian culture.

Friuli DOC is a festival in Udine celebrating the region’s wines, local specialties, and traditions. Visitors can experience the authentic spirit of Friuli, enjoy culinary delights passed down through generations, and explore the city’s art and historic palaces. Traditional osterie bring the festival to life, making it a true immersion in Friulian culture.

Representatives of the GO! Pasta project will also participate, addressing the challenges of the gastronomic heritage of Upper Friuli and Gorizia, with a focus on traditional stuffed pasta such as cjarsons, idrijski žlikrofi, bovški krafi, and kobariški štruklji. The GO! Pasta project is funded by the European Union under the GO! 2025 Small Projects Fund of the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia 2021-2027 Programme, managed by the EGTC GO.
