A journey through images, documents, and sporting venues to explore Carlo Michelstaedter’s relationship with the body and gymnastics. Curated by Elisabetta Pontello, Palazzo Coronini.

Through archival research, images, and writings, this event explores philosopher Carlo Michelstaedter’s relationship with the body, gymnastics, and sport between Gorizia and Florence. It includes a conference on November 21 at Palazzo Coronini and a guided walk on November 22 (from the Unione Ginnastica Goriziana to Piazza della Vittoria), following the places of Michelstaedter’s youthful energy and physical activity.
