In/Visible Cities 2025: Audiobus, a tribute to Georges Perec
A multidisciplinary performance and urban journey through sounds, stories, and shows, discovering the unexpected sides of the city of Gorizia.
Audiobus is a multidisciplinary performance and urban journey exploring the unnoticed sides of the city. Combining visual and sound effects, acrobatics, and stories, everything happens simultaneously inside and outside the bus, with contributions from Natalie Fella, Circo all’InCirca, and drivers Enrico Campestrini, Silvano Doliach, Luisa Lutman, Fabio Rodaro, and Marco Sosol.
Departures are from the intermodal center at the railway station square from Wednesday, August 27 to Saturday, August 30. Participants receive headphones and are guided by a narrator, with sounds and voices enhancing the experience, turning reality into an unfolding story.
Audiobus blends reality and imagination, using words, music, custom sounds, and driver interviews, while small performances outside the bus create a magical, surreal journey that keeps the audience questioning what is real.
