The Calli of Bacchus
Dishes that meet the sea, glasses that tell the story of the vineyard, authentic emotions and flavors. Grado showcases the flavors of the region, in an event that exudes identity. Our restaurateurs will guide you on a tasting tour through the streets of the old town, discovering the week's catch and the most typical flavors of the lagoon. Tasting stands, guided tastings, and face-to-face sessions: our guests will also be accompanied by local wines and winemakers.
From 23 to 25 October 2026, the streets and squares of the historic centre of Grado will be transformed, for a few days in autumn, into a large stage dedicated to taste, wine and the identity of the area with “Le Calli di Bacco”, a widespread food and wine event that combines tradition, conviviality and discovery.
Following the success of the first edition in 2025, the initiative returns in 2026 with a second edition even richer in content and innovation, confirming its role as an event capable of enhancing the profound connection between the city, its lagoon, maritime culture, and the region's excellent winemaking.
Tastings, meetings, themed tours, and entertainment will accompany residents and guests on a sensory journey through authentic flavors, local stories, and evocative atmospheres, in a widespread format that invites you to experience Grado by strolling, tasting, and letting yourself be guided by the aromas and glasses.
“Le Calli di Bacco” is an experience that celebrates food and wine culture as an expression of identity, sustainability, and hospitality, transforming the historic center into a meeting place for producers, restaurateurs, and the public, in a festive and shared atmosphere.
