SLOVENIAN MOUNTAIN RUNNING CHAMPIONSHIP FOR MEMBERS 2026 - GOR SLOVENIAN MOUNTAIN RUNNING CUP FOR MEMBERS - GOR 2026 COASTAL MOUNTAIN RUNNING CUP (VERTICAL) 2026 COURSE DESCRIPTION The start of the race will be in Podbrdo (Podbrdo 44), at 9:00, at the turnoff of the public road to the village of Trtnik. The route of the race leads along the asphalt road to the village of Trtnik, continues along the path across the meadow above the village and then along the marked mountain path to the hut on Črna prsta, where the finish line is. Course length: 6.3 km. Elevation difference: 1320 m. The course will be marked with tapes. There are no marshals on the course. The presence of medical services at the event site and rescuers from the GRS station Tolmin on the course route is guaranteed. REFRESHMENT ROOMS There are two refreshment rooms along the entire route, namely: 1050m above sea level – Kalarsko Brdo and 1600m above sea level (6th kilometer) – meadow approx. 200m above the tree line. You can expect water, refreshments and light food at the refreshment rooms. CLOTHING ROOM – equipment transport Competitors can drop off a minimum wardrobe by 8:00 a.m. at the starting point (Podbrdo 39). The organizer will deliver the wardrobe to the finish line at Črna prsta, where the competitors will pick it up. COMPETITION CONDITIONS Everyone competes at their own risk Minors can compete with a written statement from their parents. The competition is held according to the rules of the AZS – Mountain Running Association. The results of members registered with the AZS are taken into account for the ranking of the Slovenian Mountain Running Championship! Members registered with the AZS who wish to compete in the national championship must be additionally registered by their parent association/club via the registration application of the Athletics Federation of Slovenia. Registrations are also open here until Monday, 30.08.2026. The organizer is not responsible for any damage that the competitor may cause to himself/herself, to another competitor or to a third party. The competition will take place in any case. The exception is situations where the safety of the competitors may be at risk (exceptional storm, natural disaster). In this case, the organizer of the race will decide on the cancellation. Time measurement will be carried out using the Race Results system.
